How to get here
- Train: Tenby station on the Pembroke Dock branch (Transport for Wales). 10–15 minutes’ walk to the harbour.
- Car: A478 from the A477 / A40. About 1h15 from Swansea in clear traffic.
- Coach: National Express and local buses in season.
Parking
Use the multi-storey and edge-of-centre parks. The old town is tight. Summer weekends fill early.
Stay, eat, events
Seafront hotels on the Esplanade and the Norton; boutique rooms inside the walls; Penally Abbey a mile south. Fecci’s on Lower Frog Street is the chippy most visitors hear first. Boxing Day Swim, Ironman Wales (usually September) and the Blues Festival in November.
